Job Description

The Human Resources Officer plays a pivotal role in managing the staff-related functions of an organization, ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes, and contributing to a healthy work environment. This role involves overseeing recruitment, handling employee relations, managing the onboarding process, and maintaining compliance with labor laws. Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
  • Address employee queries and resolve any HR-related issues promptly and efficiently.

  • Collaborate with managers to determine staffing needs and strategic HR planning.
  • Monitor employee performance and engagement, suggesting improvements as needed.
  • Assist in developing training and development programs for employee growth.
  • Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies.
  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Participate in HR projects that aim to drive company culture and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least three years of experience in a human resources or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective employee relations.
  • Proficient in HR management software and Microsoft Office Suite applications.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate integrity and professionalism.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
