Job Description

A Human Resources Officer is a vital member of any organization, working to support the diverse needs of both employees and the company. This position, 28N25, involves handling a wide range of HR tasks, such as employee relations, recruitment, on-boarding, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. The Human Resources Officer plays a critical role in fostering a positive work environment and ensuring that the organization's human resources policies and practices meet both current and future needs. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to meet organizational staffing needs.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, and motivation of the workforce.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs to enhance employee skills and development.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management practices in line with labor laws.
  • Maintain and update human resources documents, such as organizational charts and employee directories.
  • Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions and policies.
  • Provide advice to managers on the application of HR policies and practices.
  • Conduct disciplinary and grievance hearings to address issues consistent with company policies.
  • Advise on compensation and benefits when needed to support employee satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in a human resources role.
  • Proven ability to manage recruitment processes and conduct interviews.
  • Thorough knowledge of labor legislation and employment laws.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills are essential.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
