Holiday Inn & Suites Dubai Science Park, is looking for a meticulous HR Manager to join their extraordinary team! Ideally located in the heart of Dubai Science Park, in the most sought after residential area of Dubai. Minutes away from mega malls, magnificent Jumeirah Beaches, world’s leading tourist attractions and Parks, auto drome and over 5 championship golf courses. The newly opened Holiday Inn & Suites at Dubai Science Park includes 240 hotel rooms and suites and 84 one-bedroom apartments, anchor F&B offerings and an extensive 1026sqm cutting-edge meeting and events facilities.

Your day to day

A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

• Create and implement programmes that foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging work environment for all team members.
• Support and administer the annual Team Member Satisfaction Survey, including follow-up actions and engagement initiatives.
• Welcome, orient, and support new team members throughout their onboarding experience.
• Educate and coach managers on HR disciplines, policies, and procedures to enhance productivity and performance.
• Develop creative initiatives to inspire and motivate team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel files and employee records in compliance with hotel policies and applicable employment laws.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders and community contacts.
• Support the preparation of the Human Resources department budget and monitor expenses to ensure effective cost control.
• Monitor staffing levels and manpower costs to support operational efficiency and business requirements.
• Promote the hotel and brand within the local community and encourage team member participation in community initiatives.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with relevant employment laws, company policies, and HR procedures.
• Manage and investigate workplace issues and employee relations matters, establish facts, identify potential risks, and facilitate appropriate resolution, escalating serious matters when required.
• Analyse exit interview feedback, turnover, absenteeism, and other HR data to identify trends, training needs, and opportunities for improvement.
• Support recruitment, employee relations, engagement, compliance, and other HR initiatives as required.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as required to support the hotel and business operations.
  
  

What We Need From You

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources or a related field.

Minimum 4 years’ experience in hospitality/hotel HR, including direct supervisory experience. Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and local HR practices.

Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
