Job Description

The Human Resources Manager is a pivotal role within our organization, charged with leading all aspects of HR practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high-performance culture emphasizing empowerment, quality, productivity, and standards. This position requires an individual who is strategic, yet hands-on, ready to handle various HR functions such as recruitment, performance management, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with all applicable employment laws. The ideal candidate is someone who can interact with employees at all levels, advocating for the company and the employees equally. They should possess the ability to manage complex situations with professionalism and maintain discretion in handling delicate employee relations issues.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, and other issues.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure qualified individuals are hired.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, and motivation of HR staff.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program to ensure competitiveness in the marketplace.
  • Develop HR metrics and analyze workforce trends to support business strategy decisions.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management to minimize risks.
  • Nurture a positive working environment that enhances employee engagement and retention.
  • Develop training and development programs to support employee growth and organizational goals.
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics and insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven working experience as a Human Resources Manager or similar role.
  • Thorough knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices.
  • Experience with HR software and databases to manage employee information.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Strong decision-making skills with a deep understanding of HR methodologies.
  • Ability to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels.
