Job Description

The Human Resources Manager plays a crucial role in supporting the overall strategic direction of the organization by developing, implementing, and managing HR programs and policies. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing the HR department and working closely with senior management to align company goals with human resource initiatives. This dynamic position involves managing employee relations, recruitment, benefits, training, and compliance with labor regulations, ensuring that all HR functions contribute to a productive and harmonious workplace. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, a comprehensive understanding of HR best practices, and the ability to support and motivate a diverse team of HR professionals. They will drive initiatives that promote employee engagement, development, and retention while maintaining an inclusive work environment.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure quality hires.
  • Bridge management and employee relations to address grievances and conflicts.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations at all times.
  • Oversee the performance management process, including setting objectives and reviews.
  • Design and implement training and development programs for employee growth.
  • Lead initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and retention.
  • Manage the compensation and benefits structure to ensure competitiveness.
  • Analyze HR metrics for continuous improvement in HR services and strategies.
  • Supervise the HR department and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Collaborate with departmental leaders to identify HR needs and solutions.
  • Ensure a safe and inclusive workplace free from discrimination and harassment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in an HR management role.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures essential.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with proven team management experience.
  • Effective problem-solving abilities and the capability to make sound decisions.
  • High level of expertise in HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail in all tasks.
