Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Officer to support our human resources operations. The ideal candidate will handle recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration while ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor laws.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment (job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding)
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately
  • Assist in payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management
  • Support employee relations and handle queries or concerns professionally
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Coordinate training and development programs
  • Prepare HR reports and documentation
  • Support performance management processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in an HR role
  • Knowledge of HR practices and labor laws
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/HRIS
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities
