Human Resources HR Executive

About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting recruitment, onboarding new employees, maintaining HR records, assisting with employee relations, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The ideal applicant should have excellent communication and organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for real estate roles (Agents, Admin, Marketing, Sales, etc.).
• Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate the hiring process.
• Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and orientation.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases.
• Monitor attendance, leave, and employee performance.
• Support payroll preparation and HR administration.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
• Assist with employee engagement and training initiatives.
• Address employee queries and support day-to-day HR operations.
• Coordinate with department managers to meet staffing requirements.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
