HR Executive supports the Cluster HR Manager/ Cluster Director of HR in delivering a seamless, professional, and people-focused HR service across the cluster. The role plays a key part in employee engagement, HR administration, and colleague lifecycle processes, ensuring all practices reflect the standards, values, and service excellence of a luxury hospitality brand. The position requires flexibility and close collaboration to support operations across One&Only Royal Mirage and One&Only The Palm, maintaining consistency, efficiency, and exceptional colleague experience always.

Key Duties And Responsibilities

  • Serve as a welcoming and professional first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling requests promptly and efficiently.
  • Plan, coordinate, and support colleague engagement initiatives, including events, campaigns, and activities.
  • Assist in programs promoting inclusion, wellbeing, recognition, and collaboration.
  • Act as a liaison for colleagues regarding engagement activities and feedback.
  • Contribute to fostering a positive workplace culture aligned with company values and luxury brand standards.
  • Design and prepare promotional materials for engagement initiatives, including posters, digital flyers, and internal communications.
  • Support workforce administration processes, ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee data.
  • Prepare HR reports, presentations, and documentation as requested by the Cluster HR Manager.
  • Record minutes for weekly HR meetings and follow up on action items where required.
  • Assist with planning and coordination of special events and HR initiatives.
  • Maintain complete, accurate, and confidential colleague files, ensuring compliance with company and legal requirements.
  • Ensure the HR file room is well-organized, secure, and efficiently maintained.
  • Prepare and manage colleague files, ensuring required documentation is complete, including contracts, starter forms, job requisitions, CVs, passports, photographs, and related records.
  • Assist with offboarding processes, including:
  • Issuing colleague ID cards
  • Coordinating exit procedures and clearance forms
  • Liaising with colleagues for final settlement and visa cancellation documentation
  • Coordinating flight bookings for exiting colleagues
  • Prepare employment-related letters such as salary certificates, NOCs, service letters, and salary transfer letters.
  • Prepare invoices, correspondence, memos, reports, and other documents using standard office software.
  • Provide administrative support across HR functions as required.
  • Carry out any additional duties assigned by the Cluster HR Manager or Cluster HR Director.

Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements

  • Professional, well-groomed, and presentable always
  • Warm, personable, and service-oriented with a passion for people
  • Strong organizational, communication, and writing skills
  • Advanced administrative capabilities with high attention to detail
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and OASYS software
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in an administrative role
  • Prior hospitality experience (1–2 years) preferred, ideally within a luxury hotel environment
