Job Description

The Human Resources Executive plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing the human resources strategies and administration within a company or organization. This position is critical for ensuring that HR operations run smoothly and align with the organizational goals while fostering a positive workplace environment. The HR Executive is responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with employment laws. A successful candidate will bring robust HR expertise combined with excellent leadership and communication skills to handle employee-related services, regulatory compliance, and employee performance and development programs. This role demands a proactive approach to managing HR functions and a commitment to maintaining a high standard of operational excellence within the HR department.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business strategy.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to maintain a competent workforce.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program to ensure competitive employee compensation.
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics and analytics.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management processes and procedures.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
  • Handle employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations as necessary.
  • Develop training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Participate in working groups to contribute to the development of organizational policies.
  • Manage and improve communication processes and channels between employees and management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven working experience as an HR Executive, HR Manager, or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices and policies.
  • Excellent people management skills and the ability to manage wide ranging employee issues.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively liaise with staff and management.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and databases, and experience with HR metrics and analytics.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
