Human Resources Business Partner

Your role

This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact at Primax Pumps. As HR Business Partner, you will drive cultural and organisational development, strengthen employee engagement and help create a positive, inclusive and high-performing workplace.

You will play a key role in Primax’s continued integration into Atlas Copco’s culture and ways of working. By aligning people, organisational and operational needs, you will help our employees and business reach their full potential while fostering an innovative, customer-focused culture.

This role is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates and reports to the Product Company General Manager.

Your day-to-day

• Lead the people and culture agenda, ensuring HR priorities are aligned with Primax’s business objectives.
• Drive organisational change and support the continued integration of Primax into Atlas Copco’s culture, values and ways of working.
• Build a positive, respectful and inclusive workplace culture based on open communication, fairness, trust and accountability.
• Partner with management to provide practical HR guidance, challenge constructively and support effective people-related decisions.
• Develop, implement and continuously improve HR policies, procedures and practices in line with Atlas Copco requirements and local legislation.
• Ensure effective communication of HR policies, organisational changes and people initiatives across the company.
• Ensure the accurate and timely processing of payroll and maintain HR systems and employee data to ensure accuracy, integrity and compliance.
• Develop and deliver employee engagement initiatives and action plans that strengthen communication, collaboration and belonging.
• Manage recruitment and onboarding activities to attract, select and integrate the right talent into the organisation.
• Drive the performance management process and promote a culture of continuous feedback, coaching and accountability.
• Identify and coordinate training, talent development and succession-planning activities.
• Manage employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary cases and workplace concerns, in a fair, consistent and timely manner.
• Maintain compliance with applicable employment legislation, Atlas Copco policies and the Atlas Copco Code of Conduct.
  
  

Experience Requirements

Your skills and experience

• Strong generalist HR experience, preferably in an HR Business Partner or HR management role within a multinational, engineering or manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated experience in organisational change, culture development and employee engagement.
• Sound knowledge of UAE employment legislation and HR best practices.
• Confidence in managing complex and sensitive employee-relations matters.
• Ability to influence managers, build trust with employees and communicate effectively at all levels.
• A hands-on, proactive approach with the ability to work independently and translate plans into practical action.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  
  

Educational Requirements

• University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• A recognised professional HR qualification would be an advantage.
