A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in human resources, or Business. A master’s degree is an advantage.
Minimum 2 years in Human Resources Business Partner and recruitment positions.
Specialized training in employment law and preventive labor relations is an advantage
Knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, recruitment, organization development, employee relations, safety, employee engagement, and employee development.
A high level of written and verbal communication skills, in English and Arabic
An enthusiastic attitude, with a result-oriented and pro-active mindset
Outstanding interpersonal relationship building and employee coaching skills.
Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment. Must include knowledge of Excel and skills in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) – e.g. Workday.
