HSQE Correspondent

Location: Dubai, UAE

Nationality Requirement: UAE National only

Reporting To – Operations Director

Job Overview

We are looking for an HSQE Correspondent to join the QHSE team in the UAE.

This role will support the development, implementation, and monitoring of the company’s HSQE Management System, with a particular focus on Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) activities. The selected candidate will assist with reporting, incident tracking, audits, documentation, training coordination, and general QHSE support across the organization.

This opportunity is also open to junior candidates with relevant academic background, strong motivation, and willingness to grow within the QHSE function.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the HSQE Management System
• Assist in monitoring HSE incidents, trends, and performance data
• Help prepare reports, dashboards, and internal analysis related to HSQE performance
• Support the administration and maintenance of incident management systems and records
• Assist in the preparation, update, and maintenance of HSQE procedures, manuals, and process documentation
• Support internal and external audit activities and follow-up on findings
• Help coordinate HSE briefings, awareness initiatives, and training activities
• Support incident investigation activities and reporting in line with internal procedures
• Assist with the preparation of communication materials related to health, safety, quality, and environment
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support QHSE projects and ongoing initiatives
• Maintain proper records and documentation related to HSQE matters
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical discipline
• Background or interest in Health, Safety, Quality, and Environment
• Junior candidates are encouraged to apply
• Prior internship or professional experience in QHSE / HSE / HSQE is an advantage
• Good analytical and organizational skills
• Good computer skills, especially in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and reporting tools
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 is a plus
