Job Description
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular HSE inspections and audits across the construction site
- Monitor contractor compliance with the project HSE management plan
- Investigate incidents, near misses and unsafe conditions, recommending corrective actions
- Deliver HSE inductions, toolbox talks and awareness sessions to site teams
- Maintain HSE records, permits and inspection documentation
- Support emergency preparedness and response planning on site
- Prepare HSE reports for project management
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety or related field
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in an HSE officer role within civil construction
- Good knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and construction safety practices
- NEBOSH IGC or equivalent HSE certification required
- Minimum 4 years’ UAE experience mandatory
