Key Responsibilities

What you will be doing

Prepare/Review, Implement and Monitor HSE Policies and Procedures.

Conduct Site Inspections, Safety Audits, and Risk Assessments.

Ensure Compliance with Local Safety Regulations and Company Standards.

Investigate Incidents, Accidents, and Near Misses, and Prepare Reports.

Conduct Toolbox Talks, Safety Inductions, and Awareness Training.

Monitor the proper use of PPE and Safe Work Practices.

Prepare and Maintain HSE Documentation and Records.

Coordinate Emergency Response and Safety Drills.

Develop and expand people capabilities by regular and comprehensive feedback on Management system.

Qualifications & Requirements

Who we are looking for

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science or equivalent

Minimum 10 years of Experience in a similar HSE Role.

8 Years Required In Related Experience Or Utility Projects

Minimum 2–3-year experience in HSE auditing

NEBOSH Diploma is preferred.

Good Communication and Reporting Skills.

Ability to Work Independently and as part of a Team.

Proficiency in MS Office Applications.

Additional Requirements: Abu Dhabi Public Health Center Practitioner Course,

Knowledge of Abu Dhabi HSE legislation, codes of practice

UAE Driving License is a MUST.
