Trustbend Packers & Movers, a leading logistics and relocation services provider in Dubai, is seeking a proactive and responsible HSE Officer to ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are maintained across all operations. This role is ideal for a professional who is committed to creating a safe workplace and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures
• Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits
• Identify hazards and recommend corrective and preventive actions
• Ensure compliance with local HSE regulations and company standards
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses and prepare reports
• Conduct safety training, toolbox talks, and awareness programs for staff
• Monitor use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Maintain HSE documentation, records, and reports
• Coordinate with management and site teams to improve safety performance
  
  

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Occupational Health & Safety or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience as an HSE Officer, preferably in logistics, warehousing, or construction
• Knowledge of UAE health, safety, and environmental regulations
• NEBOSH or equivalent HSE certification preferred
• Strong observation, reporting, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and enforce safety standards
• Good organizational and problem-solving abilities
