We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable HSE (Health, Safety, and Environmental) Officer to join our team. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement company safety, health, and environmental programs and strategies.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Investigate incidents and accidents to determine causes and prevent recurrences.
• Prepare comprehensive reports detailing inspection results and safety improvements.
• Provide guidance and training to employees on health and safety protocols.
• Coordinate emergency response activities and ensure preparedness across the organization.
• Conduct risk assessments and identify potential hazards in the workplace.
• Ensure that all safety equipment and signage is maintained and up-to-date.
• Collaborate with management to implement health and safety initiatives.
• Monitor the ongoing effectiveness of safety measures and recommend improvements.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal occupational health and safety regulations.
• Serve as the main point of contact for all health and safety-related queries.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field.
• Minimum of three years' experience in a health and safety role.
• Strong knowledge of safety, health, and environmental regulations and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for conducting training sessions.
• Ability to analyze complex situations and develop practical solutions for safety issues.
• Proficiency in using standard office software for documenting and reporting.
• Valid safety certifications such as NEBOSH, OSHA, or equivalent qualifications.
