We are seeking a dedicated Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Officer with the reference number 05N25 to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

• Promote safety-conscious behavior and foster a culture of continuous improvement in safety practices.
• Identify and assess potential environmental impacts and implement mitigation plans as required.
• Monitor workplace safety conditions and recommend improvements to enhance safety measures.
• Prepare and present reports on safety performance, compliance gaps, and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with management to integrate HSE policies into daily operations effectively.
• Manage the introduction of new technologies or processes with appropriate safety assessments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in occupational health, safety, environmental science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a health, safety, or environmental role is preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of local, national, and international HSE standards and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective training and reporting.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail for conducting thorough investigations.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Certification in occupational health and safety, such as NEBOSH or equivalent, is advantageous.
