Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HSE Manager with a background in commercial building projects to oversee all health, safety, and environmental initiatives within our organization.

Job Responsibility

• Develop and implement health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures specific to commercial building projects.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards.
• Investigate incidents and accidents, providing recommendations for improvement and prevention.
• Lead training sessions to educate employees on best practices for health, safety, and environmental matters.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to promote a culture of safety and accountability on site.
  
  

• UAE/MOFA attested Bachelors degree in engineering is a must.
• Proven experience as an HSE Manager in the commercial building industry.
• In-depth knowledge of local health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Relevant certifications such as NEBOSH or OSHA are highly desirable.
