Job Summary:

BK Gulf LLC is looking for experienced HSE Engineer to support our MEP projects across UAE.

Job Responsibility

• Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies and procedures on MEP projects
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and risks
• Investigate incidents and near misses to determine root causes and recommend preventive measures
• Provide HSE training to employees and ensure awareness of safety protocols
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to integrate HSE requirements into project plans
• Stay up-to-date on regulations and best practices in HSE for MEP projects
  
  

• UAE/MOFA attested bachelor’s degree in Engineering is a must
• Certification in Health & Safety (e.g. NEBOSH) is preferred
• Proven experience as an HSE Engineer with a focus on MEP projects
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  
  

• In-depth knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.
• Strong understanding of risk assessment and hazard identification techniques.
• Ability to develop and implement health and safety plans and procedures.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to address safety issues in the workplace.
• Effective communication skills to train and educate employees on safety protocols.
• Proficiency in conducting safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance.
• Strong leadership skills to promote a safety culture within the organization.
• Attention to detail to analyze incident reports and recommend preventive measures.
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle emergency situations calmly.
• Proficient in using relevant software and tools for health and safety management.
