We are currently seeking experienced  

HSE Advisor (m/f/d) Topside 

to support the Site Management Topside Construction project, starting approx. January 2028, for an estimated duration till 2030.  

This freelance role is onshore-based at Port Rashid, Dubai, operating on a Shiftsystem or with potential weekend assignments depending on operational requirements. 

As part of your role, you will be entrusted with the following responsibilities: 

• Advising the site management team on all HSE-related matters and actively promoting a strong safety culture on site. 
• Reviewing HSE documentation, including method statements, risk assessments, and work permits. 
• Performing regular site inspections and contractor audits, including QA and compliance checks. 
• Managing HSE reporting and incident management, including notification, investigation, and closure of corrective actions. 
• Supporting and conducting HSE trainings, toolbox talks, emergency drills, and continuous improvement initiatives. 
• Acting as the main HSE point of contact for contractors and project stakeholders on site.

• Holding a degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related discipline. 
• Having 5+ years of HSE experience in construction, energy, or industrial projects. 
• Demonstrating strong knowledge of UAE HSE regulations as well as international standards such as ISO 45001 and ISO 14001. 
• Showing excellent communication skills within a multicultural working environment. 
• Being proficient in MS Office and common HSE management systems. 
• Being business-fluent in English. 
• Having a permanent residence in Dubai or demonstrating willingness to relocate to Dubai for the duration of the project.  
  
  

Nice to Have:

• Holding a NEBOSH International General Certificate or equivalent. 
• Being certified as an ISO 45001 Lead Auditor. 
• Having prior experience as a Site Manager. 
• Being fluent in German and/or Arabic.
