About Wynn Al Marjan Island:

On schedule to open in the United Arab Emirates in 2027, Wynn Al Marjan Island has been created as an opulent and entertaining beachside destination for discerning guests to play and relax. Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, nightclub, and five-star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.

About The Position

Wynn Al Marjan Island is looking for a skilled HRIS Executive to join our People & Culture team.

Responsibilities

The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:

Employee Culture & Engagement

  • Provide functional support across Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Talent, Recruiting, Payroll, Absence).
  • Manage day-to-day system issues, troubleshooting, and production support.
  • Coordinate with IT teams and external vendors to resolve system-related issues.
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).
  • Conduct training sessions and create user guides for HR teams and end users.
  • Support system testing, upgrades, and enhancements (UAT, deployments).
  • Identify process improvements and contribute to system optimization initiatives.

About You

  • 3-5 years of experience in HRIS, preferably with Oracle HCM.
  • Technical Proficiency Oracle HCM (Core HR, Payroll, Talent, Recruiting, Absence).
  • Experience in documentation (SOPs, BRDs), User Acceptance Testing and End User training.
  • Familiarity with HR system integrations is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proactive and solution-driven mindset
