Job Description
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Maintain and update employee records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Provide support for employee relations, including handling inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry regulations relevant to the financial services sector.
- Coordinate employee training and development programs to enhance workforce capabilities.
- Support payroll processing and benefits administration, including HMO enrollment and updates.
- Contribute to initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
A Successful HR Specialist Should Have
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices.
- Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and compliance tasks.
- Proficiency in using HR systems and tools to manage employee data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively within a large organization.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
- Competitive salary ranging from PHP 780,000 to PHP 1,040,000 annually.
