HR Specialist UAE National

We are looking for a UAE National to join our HR community at Hilti Middle East, specifically in an HR Specialist role. We are looking 8for an individual who will act as a strategic collaborator to integrate the Human Resources solutions with the business plans to support the delivery of current and strategic business priorities. You will influence, educate, develop and support managers and team members to drive business performance to achieve the company’s growth strategy, and build the bridge between business results and people.

What Youll Do

As the HR Specialist, you will deliver business critical advice and strategic support on all aspects of Human Resources and Employee Relations. Through acting as the strategic partner to the management team, you will require complete understanding of the business to assess the people implications of various business strategies and solve business problems through HR based solutions.

You will lead all people-related topics including: recruitment, talent management, employee engagement, employer branding, development/coaching and compensation and benefits, as well as developing and implementing HR policies & procedures, and short term and long-term HR key initiatives.

What You’ll Bring

• UAE National with UAE Family Book (to comply with the UAE Emiratization law)
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, or Business. A Master’s Degree is an advantage.
• Minimum 2 years in Human Resources experience
• Knowledge and experience in employment law, employee relations and employee engagement is an advantage
• A high level of written and verbal communication skills, in English and Arabic
• An enthusiastic attitude, with a result-oriented and pro-active mindset
• Outstanding interpersonal relationship building and employee coaching skills.
• Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment. Must include knowledge of Excel and skills in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) – e.g. Workday
• Understanding Core HR processes
• Good organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks
• High level of confidentiality
• Willingness to learn and take ownership and grow into a business partnering role
• Comfortable working in a hands-on operational environment
