Responsibilities

  • Partnering with business leaders and stakeholders to support the delivery of strategic HR plans aligned to business priorities.
  • Supporting organisational development initiatives, workforce planning, and people transformation activities.
  • Providing HR guidance and practical solutions to managers on people-related matters, employee engagement, and team effectiveness.
  • Supporting change management initiatives and helping leaders navigate organisational and cultural change.
  • Using people insights, trends, and data to support recommendations and improve business outcomes.
  • Supporting talent and succession planning activities to strengthen future workforce capability.
  • Working closely with leaders to enhance performance culture and align people objectives with business goals.
  • Supporting employee experience initiatives, communication strategies, and engagement activities.
  • Leading and contributing to HR projects, reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives across the People function.
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders while acting as a trusted HR partner and advisor.

Qualifications

We are seeking a collaborative and solutions-focused HR professional with strong business partnering capability and the confidence to work with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • CIPD qualification is desirable.
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience within HR Business Partnering in a large and complex organisation.
  • Experience supporting initiatives related to organisational development, employee engagement, performance management, and change management.
  • Strong understanding of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.
