Responsibilities

  • Oversee employee onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration into the company.
  • Maintain and update employee records to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist in performance management processes by developing criteria for evaluation.
  • Facilitate communication between employees and management to address work-related issues.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws by staying updated with relevant regulations.
  • Maintain a positive work environment to promote employee satisfaction and morale.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
  • Prepare HR reports and presentations for management review and decision-making.
  • Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans.
  • Handle disciplinary and grievance issues in a fair and consistent manner.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Specialist or a relevant role within human resources.
  • Strong knowledge of labor legislation and understanding of HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Proficient in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant software.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
