Job Description

As an HR Specialist, you will be an integral part of our human resources department, contributing to the management and enhancement of our talent acquisition processes and employee relations programs. Your primary focus will be on sourcing and recruiting top talent, ensuring that our onboarding processes are seamless and efficient, and supporting a positive work culture. You will act as a liaison between management and employees, advocating for employee needs and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations. This role will require you to be an adaptable, detail-oriented, and proactive professional who can juggle multiple HR functions and contribute to strategic planning. By leveraging your expertise in HR best practices, you will help our organization grow, retain its workforce effectively, and maintain a high level of employee satisfaction.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and corporate policies in all HR activities.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Coordinate and conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Maintain accurate employee records in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Analyze HR metrics to provide insights for decision making and policy development.
  • Assist in performance management processes and the development of performance improvement plans.
  • Facilitate training programs to enhance employee skills and development.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits, policies, and procedures.
  • Assist in maintaining and upgrading HR information systems for efficiency.
  • Collaborate with management to identify staffing needs and workforce planning strategies.
  • Support diversity and inclusion initiatives to cultivate an inclusive workplace.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a generalist HR role in an organization.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all organizational levels.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience with HR information systems and talent management tools is preferred.
