Job Description

As an HR Specialist, you will be at the forefront of managing and executing various human resources functions within the organization. Your role is integral to forming a supportive and productive work environment. You will work closely with management and employees to implement HR policies, manage benefits, support talent management, and ensure compliance with legal and company standards. Your contribution will directly affect the motivation and satisfaction of our workforce, thus playing a key role in achieving organizational goals and maintaining a strong company culture.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement human resource programs and policies for operational needs.
  • Manage and update employee records in compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
  • Coordinate the recruitment and selection processes to attract and hire top talent.
  • Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Oversee employee performance evaluations and offer guidance for career progression.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans.
  • Support management and employees through a variety of HR-related matters and inquiries.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management processes and procedures.
  • Create and maintain positive employee relations to foster a collaborative workplace culture.
  • Advise on conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and employee grievances effectively.
  • Conduct HR audits to ensure the effectiveness and legal compliance of HR practices.
  • Analyze HR metrics and prepare reports to inform business decisions and strategy development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a human resources role in a similar size industry.
  • Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite applications for daily operations.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations at both local and federal levels.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on conflict resolution.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential employee information with discretion.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple HR projects and priorities concurrently.
