  • Organize and participate in HR meetings to discuss strategic and operational needs.
  • Collaborate with departmental leaders to identify and address HR-related needs and initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of HR experience, specifically in a specialist role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices.
  • Proficient with HRIS systems, recruitment tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with utmost discretion.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all organizational levels.
  • Proven problem-solving skills with strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.
