Job Description

As an HR Specialist, you will play a vital role in managing and supporting our workforce, ensuring that our human resources operations are efficient and align with the organization’s strategic goals. The primary focus of your role will be to implement HR policies, manage employee relations, and lead recruitment processes to acquire top talent. Your expert knowledge of HR best practices and employment law will guide you in resolving workplace issues and promoting a healthy work environment. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR policies aligned with the organization’s strategic objectives.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes for new employees efficiently.
  • Foster a positive organizational culture through effective employee engagement activities.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues.
  • Conduct regular training sessions on HR policies and workplace ethics compliance.
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand and address their staffing and development needs.
  • Conduct HR-related investigations concerning employee grievances and workplace misconduct.
  • Manage employee records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Oversee the preparation and distribution of employee benefits and compensation information.
  • Assist in the performance management process and employee development programs.
  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to recommend effective HR strategies enhancing productivity.
  • Lead initiatives to improve workplace diversity and inclusion practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Specialist or in a similar capacity within an organization.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices in a corporate setting.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with employees and leadership.
  • Ability to handle sensitive employee information with confidentiality and integrity.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple HR projects and deliver within tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in HR-related software and Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Excel.
