Job Description

As an HR Recruitment Specialist, you will play a crucial role in shaping the workforce of our organization by identifying and attracting top talent. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and implement strategic recruitment campaigns to fill open positions efficiently. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and potential candidates.

  • Maintain and update accurate recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems.
  • Participate in job fairs and networking events to expand candidate pipelines.
  • Provide feedback to candidates regarding their application status and interview performance.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations during the recruitment process.
  • Support diversity recruiting initiatives to promote an inclusive workplace environment.
  • Stay informed about the latest recruitment trends and technologies in the HR field.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience in recruitment or a similar HR role for at least two years.
  • Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with candidates.
  • Ability to handle multiple recruitment projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to recruiting challenges.
  • Understanding of employment laws and regulations to ensure legal compliance.
