Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a specialist in this field, you will play a crucial role in the full recruitment lifecycle, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees. You will collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs. The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of HR systems and procedures and act as a trusted adviser to both candidates and hiring managers. Responsibilities

  • Develop and update job descriptions and specifications aligned with hiring needs.
  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, and networking.
  • Screen candidate resumes and job applications with attention to detail.
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods.
  • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, and experience.
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships.
  • Collaborate with managers to discover and meet current and future recruitment needs.
  • Promote company’s reputation as a “best place to work” by showcasing culture.
  • Provide analytical and well-documented reports to the rest of the team.
  • Design, implement, and refine recruitment strategies to ensure efficiency.
  • Maintain an updated database of candidate information for future reference.
  • Organize and attend career fairs to find prospective employees for the company.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as an HR Recruitment Specialist or Recruiter.
  • Strong ability to conduct different types of interviews effectively.
  • Solid ability to conduct and deliver effective recruitment sourcing processes.
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases.
  • Familiarity with social media networks and professional sites like LinkedIn.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for candidate engagement.
  • Strong decision-making skills and customer service orientation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field preferred.
