HR Recruitment officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Officer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in full-cycle recruitment and general HR operations, with a strong background in organizations with more than 150 employees.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the complete recruitment process — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

Collaborate with department heads to understand and meet staffing requirements.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in HR and recruitment roles.

Demonstrated experience working in a company with more than 150 employees.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Proficient in MS Office, MS Excel and recruitment tools/platforms.

Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
