Job Description

The HR & Recruitment Officer plays a pivotal role in the workforce management and talent acquisition strategies of an organization. This position requires an individual who is dedicated to enhancing an organization's human resources through well-planned recruitment initiatives and proficient HR management. The HR & Recruitment Officer is responsible for identifying candidates who not only meet job qualifications but also align with the organization's culture and goals. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Screen resumes and conduct interviews to shortlist suitable applicants.
  • Coordinate with department managers to identify and anticipate hiring needs.
  • Ensure all recruitment efforts comply with legal and organizational policies.
  • Manage the hiring process, including reference checks and offer negotiations.
  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate profiles.
  • Develop and update job descriptions in coordination with department heads.
  • Participate in career fairs and networking events to promote the organization.
  • Provide guidance and support in employee onboarding and orientation processes.
  • Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback for organizational improvements.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning trends to management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment and HR management roles.
  • Strong knowledge of HR recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in using HR software and recruitment tools effectively.
  • Strong organizational and decision-making skills with attention to detail.
