Job Description

As an HR & Recruitment Officer, you will play a pivotal role in the company's growth and employee satisfaction. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from identifying hiring needs to onboarding the best candidates. Your role will involve collaborating with department managers to understand their human resource requirements and implementing efficient recruitment processes. You will develop innovative strategies to attract top talent while fostering an inclusive and engaging work environment. Additionally, you will oversee HR functions, including employee relations and development, ensuring all HR practices align with company policies and regulations. Your contribution will directly impact the organizational culture and employee productivity.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract suitable candidates for open positions.
  • Collaborate with department managers to forecast hiring needs and plan recruitment strategies.
  • Screen, interview, and select qualified candidates to recommend for employment.
  • Conduct effective onboarding of new hires to ensure smooth integration into the company.
  • Participate in designing and updating job descriptions to reflect current roles and requirements.
  • Maintain and update the HR database, ensuring all employee records are accurate and secure.
  • Facilitate employee training and development programs to enhance skill sets and career growth.
  • Handle employee relations issues, offering resolutions and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies in all HR practices.
  • Coordinate employee performance reviews and provide feedback to improve productivity.
  • Manage the employer branding strategy to attract and retain top talent within the industry.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to refine processes and improve the candidate experience regularly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in recruitment and HR management in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and employment regulations at regional and national levels.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with diverse groups effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
  • Effective organizational skills with a strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite for managing day-to-day operations.
