Job Description

As an HR Recruiter specializing in Construction Recruitment, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and attracting top talent in the construction industry. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and onboarding successful candidates. Responsibilities

  • Negotiate offers and prepare employment contracts for successful candidates.

  • Represent the organization at career fairs and industry networking events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction industry roles, skills, and qualifications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for candidate interaction.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
