Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment within the construction industry is essential.
  • Strong understanding of construction industry roles and employment standards.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for candidate engagement.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Strong negotiation, problem-solving skills, and the ability to make critical decisions.
