  • Utilize various recruiting channels, including job boards, social media, and career fairs.
  • Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings within the company.
  • Create job descriptions and post openings on appropriate job portals and platforms.
  • Negotiate job offers, prepare employment contracts, and facilitate smooth onboarding flows.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics to optimize time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.
  • Conduct reference and background checks as part of candidate evaluation processes.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and organizational policies throughout the hiring process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, opportunities, and innovations in recruitment practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is required.
  • Proven experience as a recruiter, with strong knowledge of the entire recruitment cycle.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for success.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong proficiency with recruitment software and candidate management systems preferred.
  • Experience utilizing social media and other digital channels for recruitment purposes.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations is essential to ensure compliance.
