Job Description

The HR Recruiter plays a crucial role in the recruitment process by effectively sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to fill various positions within an organization. As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for developing a robust recruitment strategy to attract top talent and meet the company's growth needs. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and ensure that the recruitment process runs smoothly. Their work often involves attending job fairs, developing job descriptions, and conducting interviews. The role requires outstanding communication and negotiation skills to manage relationships with candidates, as well as analytical abilities to assess their qualifications and fit for the company culture. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and position requirements.
  • Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to ensure qualifications fit.
  • Manage and update job postings across various job boards and platforms.
  • Build networks to find qualified passive and active job seekers.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience from the first contact to onboarding.
  • Maintain candidate databases and generate regular recruitment reports.
  • Facilitate the offer process by extending job offers and negotiating agreements.
  • Participate in job fairs, recruitment events, and networking activities.
  • Work closely with HR teams to improve overall recruitment efficiency.
  • Stay updated with recruitment market trends and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar recruitment role.
  • Strong understanding of the full recruitment cycle and employment legislation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage candidates and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using recruiting software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet recruitment deadlines effectively.
  • Solid networking capabilities and a proactive approach to talent sourcing.
