We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated HR Recruiter to join our dynamic Human Resources team. The successful candidate will play a key role in the recruitment and talent acquisition process, helping to identify, attract, and hire top talent for various departments within the organization. With a strong emphasis on creating an exceptional candidate experience, the HR Recruiter will collaborate with department managers, manage job postings, source potential candidates, and conduct interviews to ensure a seamless hiring process. This position requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality and build professional relationships with candidates and stakeholders. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand specific job requirements and needs.
  • Manage job postings on internal and external platforms to ensure visibility.
  • Source potential candidates using various channels such as job boards and social media.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates for each position.
  • Conduct initial phone and in-person interviews with shortlisted candidates.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Maintain an updated candidate database and track recruitment metrics and KPIs.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and communication.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and universities.
  • Facilitate and participate in career fairs and recruitment events.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies during recruitment processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in similar recruiting position.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and resume databases is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for this role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment effectively.
  • Understanding of recruitment trends and methods, including social media sourcing.
