The HR Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring that HR processes and operations run smoothly and efficiently within an organization. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business strategy.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management and stay updated with labor laws.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure quality hiring decisions.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development of employees.
  • Nurture a positive working environment and encourage open communication channels.
  • Oversee and manage the HR department's operational requirements and priorities.
  • Design and implement strategies for compensation, benefits, health and safety programs.
  • Consult with top executives on strategic HR policies and procedures implementation.
  • Ensure accuracy and proper maintenance of employee records and reporting systems.
  • Collaborate with department leads to identify and meet HR and organizational needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven working experience as HR manager or other HR executive roles.
  • Strong knowledge of labor legislation and employment regulations.
  • Exceptional leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Demonstrated experience with HR metrics and HRIS systems.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills are required.
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
