The HR Officer is responsible for managing the various human resources functions within the organization. This includes recruitment and selection, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and HR administration. The HR Officer acts as a liaison between employees and management and ensures compliance with all HR policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
Support employee relations by handling employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development plans.
Coordinate training and development initiatives for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Maintain HR records and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
Assist in the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives.
Generate HR reports and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Handle employee separations, including exit interviews and related documentation.
Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
At least 3 years of experience in HR roles.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Proficient in HRIS and other HR software.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
