Job Description

As an HR Officer, you will play a pivotal role in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business strategy. Your responsibilities include managing recruitment processes, fostering employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. You will act as a key point of contact for employees, providing them with support and guidance on HR-related issues. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the organization's goals.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract and hire qualified personnel.
  • Oversee employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, promotions, and exits.
  • Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts through positive and professional mediation.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees.
  • Ensure organizational compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Design and implement employee performance management systems to increase engagement.
  • Develop training and development programs to improve employee capabilities and career growth.
  • Prepare and analyze HR metrics and provide reports that support decision-making.
  • Manage compensation and benefits administration to ensure market competitiveness.
  • Guide management and employee actions by researching and developing human resources policies.
  • Collaborate with department managers to identify future staffing needs and develop talent strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices required.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with strong relationship-building abilities.
  • Proven experience in managing recruitment and employee relations processes effectively.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in HR software and advanced MS Office skills needed.
