• Support the implementation of new HR technologies for improved operational efficiency.
• Oversee compliance with health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Officer, Assistant, or relevant HR position.
• Thorough understanding of labor laws and HR best practices and procedures.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for dealing with diverse employees.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite to handle daily operations.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity.
