Job Description

As an HR Officer, you will play a pivotal role in our Human Resources department, offering comprehensive support to both employees and management. You will be responsible for executing our HR initiatives and providing daily support to our staffing, recruitment, performance management, training, and compensation functions. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruitment and staffing activities to ensure efficient hiring processes.
  • Facilitate employee induction and onboarding programs for new hires smoothly.
  • Manage employee records and ensure all documentation is up to date and precise.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures effectively.
  • Support performance management processes, including annual appraisals and feedback.
  • Address employee queries and resolve issues related to employment policies.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and handle related communication thoroughly.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to improve employee retention.
  • Organize and coordinate training sessions to develop employee skills and competencies.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies consistently.
  • Collaborate with management to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Prepare and present HR reports to assist in strategic decision-making processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of HR experience, preferably in a similar capacity.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and experience with other HR management tools.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices and legal employment guidelines needed.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.
  • High level of organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail necessary.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity always.
