Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Officer or similar HR position with relevant expertise.
  • Strong knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices within the industry.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills are essential.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management capabilities to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in HR management software and a strong understanding of MS Office tools.
  • Ability to handle data with confidentiality and integrity is crucial for this role.
