Job Description

The HR Officer is a crucial role within our organization, responsible for overseeing and implementing the human resource policies and procedures. As an HR Officer, you will serve as a point of contact for employees and management on HR-related matters. You will manage the recruitment, onboarding, and retention processes to ensure we attract and retain the best talent. This position requires a comprehensive understanding of HR policies and labor laws, a strong sense of ethics, and exceptional interpersonal skills. The HR Officer is instrumental in shaping the company culture and ensuring compliance with employment regulations. You will contribute to a positive workplace environment where all employees feel valued and supported.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company goals.
  • Manage the entire recruitment and selection process effectively and efficiently.
  • Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives.
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics and resolve issues.
  • Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
  • Assist management in performance management processes and policy revisions.
  • Ensure compliance with labor legislation and health & safety regulations.
  • Handle employee records and ensure the confidentiality and security of data.
  • Coordinate and execute company events and engagement activities for morale.
  • Manage the administration of employee benefits, attendance, and payroll oversight.
  • Facilitate communication among employees and management to foster transparency.
  • Prepare HR reports and analyze data to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in an HR Officer or similar human resources position.
  • Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures is essential.
  • Strong organizational and time-management capabilities to handle multiple tasks.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration.
  • Strong ethics and reliability with a professional and approachable demeanor.
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite is required.
