Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and organized HR Officer for our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing HR procedures and ensuring the smooth and effective functioning of the department. As an HR Officer, you will act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners. Your expertise will play a crucial role in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. You will oversee a variety of HR activities, including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with company goals.
  • Serve as the point of contact for HR-related queries from employees.
  • Oversee and manage the recruitment and selection process for new employees.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and ensure compliance.
  • Coordinate and manage employee performance management and appraisal processes.
  • Ensure a positive working environment and address employee concerns effectively.
  • Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports on HR activities.
  • Implement effective onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement effective employee engagement strategies.
  • Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HR Officer or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of labor legislation and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in HR software and working knowledge of MS Office applications.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
