HR Manager – Forex Brokerage

We are a well-established international Forex brokerage seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead HR operations for a large and diverse workforce. This is a hands-on role partnering closely with senior management and reporting directly to the Head of HR.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, contracts, and HR systems
• Lead recruitment processes in coordination with hiring managers
• Act as the main point of contact for employee relations, performance, and disciplinary matters
• Ensure full compliance with UAE labor law, internal policies, and regulatory requirements
• Support performance reviews, training initiatives, and employee retention programs
• Prepare HR reports and provide insights to senior leadership
  
  

• HR certifications are a plus.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including managing large offices and staff, preferably within Forex, financial services, or regulated industries.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and HR best practices.
• Proven experience in employee relations, compliance, and performance management.
• European nationals are preferred, due to market coverage and business requirements.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• High level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity.
• Proficiency in HR systems, reporting tools, and MS Office.
