Job Description

  • Develop and execute HR strategy aligned with business objectives
  • Partner with the CEO and leadership team to drive organisational culture
  • Lead initiatives such as town halls, annual conferences, and engagement programmes
  • Oversee talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning for 85+ stores and HQ
  • Implement HR policies and frameworks to support 2,500+ frontline employees
  • Drive internal and external HR communications, including PR and engagement initiatives
  • Manage performance management, compensation, and benefits programmes
  • Build and mentor a high-performing HR team, ensuring scalability for future growth
  • Champion diversity, inclusion, and employee wellbeing across the organisation
  • Prepare for transition towards a Chief People Officer role

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of HR should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in HR management within the business services industry.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, labour laws, and best practices.
  • Experience in recruitment, training, and employee development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and inspire teams effectively.
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools.
