Job Description
Develop and execute HR strategy aligned with business objectives
Partner with the CEO and leadership team to drive organisational culture
Lead initiatives such as town halls, annual conferences, and engagement programmes
Oversee talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning for 85+ stores and HQ
Implement HR policies and frameworks to support 2,500+ frontline employees
Drive internal and external HR communications, including PR and engagement initiatives
Manage performance management, compensation, and benefits programmes
Build and mentor a high-performing HR team, ensuring scalability for future growth
Champion diversity, inclusion, and employee wellbeing across the organisation
Prepare for transition towards a Chief People Officer role
The Successful Applicant
A successful Head of HR should have:
A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven expertise in HR management within the business services industry.
Strong understanding of HR policies, labour laws, and best practices.
Experience in recruitment, training, and employee development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead and inspire teams effectively.
Proficiency in HR software and tools.
