Job Description
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with organisational objectives.
- Oversee recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate selection, and onboarding.
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts effectively.
- Ensure compliance with local labour laws and organisational policies.
- Design and deliver training programmes to support employee development.
- Maintain and update HR records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Provide guidance and support to management on HR-related matters.
- Monitor and enhance employee performance and retention strategies.
A successful HR Manager should have:
- A degree or certification in Human Resources or a related field.
- Proven expertise in HR management within the not-for-profit sector.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools for effective record-keeping.
- Ability to foster a positive workplace culture and resolve conflicts amicably.
- A competitive annual salary of AED 378000 to AED 462000.
